The purpose of this study is to describe how evaluate the Competency-Based Workforce Training Program by Bekasi City Manpower Office in 2021. method research descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. types data used are primary secondary obtained from with informants study. In study, author uses theory program evaluation according Daniel Stufflebeam as a reference analyzing which consists dimensions context, input, process output. results indicate that considered feasible be continued but there some improvements. From context dimensions, overall was good, input output problems were found such lack teaching or instructor resources also no monitoring after training.
